We are taking the core movements from a classic Pop Queen Cardio class and teaching them with a slower more repetitive approach. This progressive will have 4 weekly classes that build on each other, week after week. Meant for those who have never taken a rhythm-based fitness class or those who like a more relaxed approached lower-intensity class. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: - Core footwork for dance fitness - Counting music - Combining multiple steps - Adding arm and hand movements to footwork - Piecing together combinations We meet online every Thursday at 5pm PST. If you cannot make that time, that is no problem. We will make replay videos accessible for the during of the course.
You can cancel or reschedule a class 6 hours prior livestream in order to keep your class credit. Anything within 6 hours to livestream start time, you will not be credited back but will receive an email with a replay link to watch for 48 hours.
