Dancing should be fun. Keep your feet moving and heart pumping in an energizing follow-the-leader style fitness class. You will dance to some of today's hottest music and leave sweaty and energized.
WHAT IS CLASS LIKE?
Follow the leader style cardio dance. Combining fun and easy to follow steps that will keep your heart rate up.
The movement is repetitive, you are looking for patterns to follow. Each verse is the same, each chorus is the same.
We dance to about 13-15 tracks that are the same each week so you can catch on.
One, it’s a sweaty dance party. And we aren’t lying when we say sweaty!
Two, you are going to feel challenged. And that is perfectly normal. There is a reason we repeat songs each week.
Three, we are building a community that is an inclusive, safe space for everyone.

Dancing should be fun. With Jared, it always is. As a trained dancer and a self-proclaimed Pop Queen, he gets feet moving and hearts pumping in an energizing follow-the-leader style fitness class. Since 2016, he's taught popular cardio dance classes at the YMCA. His unique style blends familiar movements with a whole lot of attitude, appealing to both experienced dancers and those who are just getting started. Jared is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and has a way of bringing out the best in anyone who takes his class - no matter their skill level. You go to Jared's class for more than just a workout, you go to feel empowered.
